For more than 20 years, Juan has worked in enterprise IT across North America and Europe. His experience spans financial services, manufacturing, consulting, telecommunications, higher education, enterprise software, and managed services.

Throughout his career, Juan has seen firsthand how the right combination of technology, strong processes, and clear accountability can help organizations work more efficiently, reduce risk, and prepare for long-term growth.

Juan began his career in technical engineering and support before progressing into senior leadership roles, including
Head of IT Service Management & Operations.

His experience includes:

Juan is professionally trained in internationally recognized frameworks, including ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and
